Method: Regulatory register: each requirement is cited to its own jurisdiction’s law — US FDA FSMA rules, Canada Safe Food for Canadians Regulations, EU Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, UK Food Safety Act 1990, Australia/New Zealand Food Standards Code, India Food Safety and Standards Act 2006, Codex standards, Nepal Food Act and Food Safety and Quality Act, Mexico General Health Law. The register counts compliance; it does not interpret the law for you.
Assumptions: each requirement belongs to one jurisdiction; an overdue item is one past its due date that is still not met.
Limitations: a register is only as good as its citations — a requirement with no named law, clause and due date is not a requirement, it is a note. Always confirm the current law with the regulator.
Rounding: percentages to 2 decimal places; outstanding is a whole number; intermediates unrounded.
This is a calculation aid, not a laboratory report — confirm against your accredited method before citing a value.

Regulatory limits and requirements are jurisdiction-specific — never apply one market’s rule to another. This register holds the citation; it does not invent the rule. Saved on this device only. Tool 259 of 500 — GIFSQ
