Summarise the audit trail on this device: changes per user, the share of entries deleted, and whether any entry is missing its user — the integrity check.
Try sample values — fills the form with the worked example below.

Trail integrity
Equation: Changes per user = change entries ÷ users. Deleted (%) = deletion entries ÷ total entries × 100. Orphan (%) = entries with no user ÷ total entries × 100. The trail is intact only when there are no orphan entries.
Method: Audit trail review per ISO/IEC 17025:2017, clause 7.5 (technical records): records are kept so that what changed, who changed it and when can be traced. Electronic-record practice for audit trails is also described in 21 CFR Part 11. This viewer reads the trail kept on this device only — it is not a shared multi-user LIMS.
Assumptions: the counts come from the audit trail export for the period you are reviewing; every entry should carry a user, a time and the old and new values.
Limitations: a summary cannot prove the trail is complete — a missing entry leaves no trace here, so the count itself must be reconciled against the system log.
Rounding: changes per user to 2 decimal places; percentages to 2 decimal places; intermediates unrounded.
This is a calculation aid, not a laboratory report — confirm against your accredited method before citing a value. Records are kept only in this browser on this device (localStorage); this is a device-only record aid, not a shared multi-user LIMS, and nothing is sent to any server.

Worked example: 1,000 entries, 240 changes, 5 deletions, 8 users, no orphans: 30.00 changes per user, 0.50% deleted, 0.00% orphan — trail intact.
