Track readiness for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation clause by clause: a readiness score that credits partial implementation, the number of gaps left, and the readiness status.

Try sample values — fills the form with the worked example below.

Status
Equation: Readiness (%) = (met + 0.5 × partial) ÷ total × 100. Gaps = not met. Status: readiness ≥ 90% ready; 50–89% in progress; below 50% starting.
Method: Accreditation readiness tracking against ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories): every requirement is met, partially met or not met, and the score credits partial work at half value.
Assumptions: the counts cover the requirements in scope for the accreditation; partial means the requirement is started but not evidenced or not yet effective.
Limitations: a score is not an accreditation decision — the assessment body judges competence on evidence, and a high score on paperwork does not cover weak technical records.
Rounding: readiness to 2 decimal places; gaps is a whole number; intermediates unrounded.
This is a calculation aid, not a laboratory report — confirm against your accredited method before citing a value.
Worked example: 40 requirements: 28 met, 8 partial, 4 not met: readiness = (28 + 4) ÷ 40 × 100 = 80.00%, gaps = 4 — in progress.
