Method: Allergen changeover control per the allergen management requirements of GFSI-benchmarked schemes (FSSC 22000, BRCGS Food Safety) and the cross-contact controls in Codex CAC/RCP 1-1969 (Rev. 2020). The checklist and the second-person check are the site’s own procedure; the tool scores them, it does not write them.
Assumptions: each checklist item is counted once; verification is a second person checking the completed item, not the person who did it.
Limitations: a completed checklist proves the steps were followed — it does not prove the line is allergen-free. Cleaning validation (Tool 255) is the separate check.
Rounding: percentages to 2 decimal places; intermediates unrounded.
This is a calculation aid, not a laboratory report — confirm against your accredited method before citing a value.

A changeover is not signed off until every item is completed and verified — a partial changeover means the line stays down. Saved on this device only. Tool 251 of 500 — GIFSQ
