Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain product quality and food safety standards
- Supervise and control QC activities throughout production
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and food-safety requirements
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products
- Handle quality complaints, deviations and CAPA
- Maintain QC records, documentation and reports
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for quality improvement
- Support internal and external audits and continuous improvement activities
Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in snacks & noodles manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Food Safety Systems
- Practical knowledge of GMP, HACCP and laboratory/QC procedures
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
