Chai

Chai is a spiced milky tea drink which originated in India but is becoming a popular beverage worldwide. Made from black tea to which is added milk, a mixture of spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and pepper, and a sweetener such as sugar, it is warming, aromatic and comforting.
