Tangor
Tangor is a citrus cross between tangerine and orange, tasting much like an orange but full of seeds. It combines the easy eating quality of mandarins with the rich sweetness of oranges, and varieties such as Temple and Murcott are prized fresh fruits. Like other citrus it is a good source of vitamin C and is eaten fresh or juiced. Its seedy character is its main drawback for fresh consumption, and careful harvesting avoids the rind damage that leads to postharvest decay.
