Chocolate powders
Chocolate powders are drinking-chocolate ingredients made by taking cocoa powder and agglomerating it into larger, free-flowing granules. The agglomeration step is what makes them dissolve readily in hot or cold milk instead of clumping into stubborn lumps. They are manufactured specifically for chocolate-based beverages, from vending-machine cocoa to premium drinking chocolate. Formulation balances cocoa content, sugar, and sometimes dried milk or flavourings, while particle engineering controls wettability, dispersibility, and the sediment-free cup the consumer expects. Instantizing also improves flow through vending and packing equipment, cutting dust and waste on high-speed lines.
